Ran out of sausage and the sandwich maker was kind of freaking out because coworkers kept taking sausage orders. I ordered a breakfast wrap before she started calling out that she had no sausage. She approached me and said it would be "minutes" until they had more so I had to ask how many and the woman clarified it would be about 10 min so I settled for bacon on my wrap. Ordered no cheese and got cheese on it so had to wait for remake. 3 minutes later I see someone get 2 sausage sandwiches. So much for 10 minutes, I would've rather waited for the fresh sausage because I don't like their bacon!

Friendly atmosphere, well staffed, quick service, no mistakes made in the order. Eat in area could be cleaner but have seen worse.

Stopped after a night shift and had asked for my bagel to be toasted on both sides(which they didn't seem to understand, inside and outside like a toaster) and a coffee. 
This is what I got.
If your wondering why my coffee looks like this, it's because they made an old coffee they made for someone else that was wrong and added what i wanted to it. Gross.
I have been going here for over a year and it seems like it's always the late night crew or early morning crew everytime I have issues here.
So stay away between 6pm and 6am.
I think I'll start going to McDonald's instead, just not worth the frustration or inconvience.

Stopped last night to get a sandwich ... my daughter opened it today and the bottom was DUSTY! Full-sized dust bunnies on the bottom bun and side of the sandwich! Never again ...
