Decent place. But it’s just an average Starbucks, some good staff, some bad. Mess up your order some times but overall pretty okay place.

minute wait im drive thru with 4 cars in front of me ???? Last time was almost 20 . This is not right.  You making coffee not rocketships.  I will never go to this starbucks again. If i do it will be to document the wait TIME for YouTube

Very slow drive thru. Unbelievably slow. I’ve stopped going to this location for this reason.

I like this location, but on the weekends for some reason the service and quality always suffers. For example, i ordered two drinks today, the first latte i received was actually half empty or full whichever way you want to look at this, talk about a ripoff... And for the second drink, they even charged me for a grande when I ordered a tall...I asked for a decaf but instead I got a fully caffeinated lactose free drink as per the label.

Third time my drink order is messed up.  Today I ordered a decaf Pike and Vanilla Latte...the drip coffee was so cold I had microwave it once I got home (2 minute drive).

Ordered a 1/2 decaf vanilla latte...was told the decaf machine was out of order so I opted for a full caf.  Got home, had no vanilla flavour in it.  

For the price we pay for Starbucks you would expect a properly prepared - hot or at least warm coffee.

Seems to only happen on evenings and weekends
