This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever ordered from. I have moved and this location is closer to my house and never once have I had a place messed up on almost every occasion missing items extra items given and multiple issues with food quality. This is ridiculous and if you want your food done properly, go literally anywhere else.

I stopped into McDonald's recently and witnessed the manager showing great kindness and patience while assisting a senior who was having difficulty placing an order.nThank you for the kindness, respect, and compassion you demonstrated. Your actions not only helped the customer but also set an excellent example for your staff of what outstanding customer service looks like.nIt was wonderful to see such genuine care and professionalism. Worst experience ever. I specifically come to this location because Brent is awesome. Came by to get a young child a happy meal. I asked for a 4 piece nugget meal. She said we have the happy meal. I said that’s good. She said drive up. I got to the window and she rudely said “you didn’t order”. I said yes I agreed to the happy meal. She said “what do you want to drink”? I said what are your options. She threw her hands up and rolled her eyes and said “we have many what do you want”. I said nevermind and drove off. Here’s the thing, I work at the hospital and always consider how I treat people and customer service. I have a 16yr old son trying to get a job and can’t, yet this girl acted like I was taking up her time. My son would gladly work here and treat everyone with respect. I went to another location and was greeted with a smile. This happened on Thursday the 26th at 2:15 pm. I hope you can discuss her mannerisms or replace her.

Ordered a double quarter pounder and had to wait for a half an hour. For just one burger. Manager said they are waiting for the meat to cook it will be fresh off the grill. Then I hear the meat was raw so I had to wait longer. Some people.only have a half an hour for lunch. Not going back to this.mcdonalds again.
