Service was atrocious. Long wait in drive through, only to have an issue with the order. Went inside, where chaos reigned. Took over 10 minutes for me to get a plain double hamburger. This was despite a manager requesting them to do it "right away" several times. My food was cold by the time I returned with my daughter's burger. 

This seems more common across our local MacDonald's in Ottawa since they started the new kiosk ordering. Today was our breaking point. I've told our kids they'll need to pick a new spot for their fast food splurges, as the wait has increased dramatically, with increased errors requiring multiple trips to the counter.

Great service. Quick and proficient. Only one problem: no clean table to sit in the front area.

I have taken my kids here three times now. The play area is atrocious. The tables are not kept clean by the staff (heaven forbid people clean after themselves). Once I saw a diaper left on a table, and it was not cleaned off the whole time we were there. We had to ask them to clean it. The service at the counter and drive through have always been good, but not the play area.

Great place. They made an effort to keep it fun for kids and adults. I definitely recommend you going there. But eat fruits and vegetables to though.      :)

Went on boxing day, very nice staff and efficient service. It's a McCafe location so they have some nice desserts. Clean, large and has a nice play place.
