McDonald's

The young man working drive through at 7:45 was efficient, incredibly polite and well spoken. He had a smile on his face and looked like he genuinely cared about his customers. It was a short but pleasant interaction.

Service is the slowest McDonald’s in Ottawa. Whether you go inside or the drive thru you will wait at least 15-30 minutes for “fast” food, even when there is no lineup at all. Staff are on their phones while there are orders to be fulfilled, they don’t care. I once found a piece of metal in my McFlurry and they didn’t seem all that concerned. I only continue to go here because of the location convenience and 24 hr hours. However, I only go if I have nowhere to be because the wait as I said is unpredictably long. I don’t normally give reviews but i feel like this location needs to know and make changes. Sincerely, a hangry girl.

Not the best service. Everyone seems to have a very lax mentality and not care at all. The young lady in the drive through actually said 'yeah whatever' when they needed me to pull to one of those waiting spots.

This McDonald's is always so busy! I prefer the drive through. A dude named Steve with black frames glasses seems to always be working when I go there at night. He is so kind and corrects my orders immediately if they are incorrect.nnThe food is always fresh at night it seems! Good for late night eats on the weekend!

Used to be a fantastic location that I visit often for breakfast, but lately the quality of the food and attention to detail has gone down. Lately my tea is often missing milk and/or sweetener, food is cold, and requested condiments are often missing from the bag.
