Coffee did not taste right, almost burnt. When the employee handed it to me at the drive thru, they almost dropped it into my car. It should be standard practice - when customers order black coffee, a sleeve should automatically be applied to the cup. It's super hot...and that is why the employee almost dropped it on me, because it burned their fingers....hmmmmmm. I have been consistently disappointed in the coffee quality at Timmies for the past 6 months. Plus, they should NOT have done away with their flavour shots. Talk about handing the market over to Starbucks. Shameful and short-sighted decision by yet another Canadian Institution....or is it American, again??
