Most recently received 3 coffee cups on different days that had clear signs that someone rolled the rim. This isn't good. Some times the coffee taste awful. Other times watered down. Usually slow services. The main focus is always the drive thru with them. Probably because the design was poorly done. Their garbage can outside tells you to recycle but each slot says garbage. Seems like it's cheaper to throw it all out then recycle it.

One of my he worst Timmis! It’s happened twice that I order a chicken salad sandwich and it takes 15-20 minutes to get it! It’s like they forget about my order! Plus the wait times in the drive thru are also horrible!
