Easily the best mall Tim Horton's here in Ottawa. The rest of them need to be trained at this location. Excellent customer service and very fast to get you your order...even at the crazy times when the line is to the door.

Like all Tim Hortons but the staff is not the best. Some of them are very good but some just seem to hate their lives working there lol.

It's a Timmy's! What can you?
Clean, efficient, quick. Doughnuts are always fresh, and despite always being busy (which is what keeps the baked goods so fresh), service is always quick.
