My first issue ordering or pre-ordering from here via drive-thru is that you can't order or even pre-order a latte without getting told to go wait in the parking lot when you get to the window. It seems a latte takes an exceedingly long time to make. So I tried telling them at the mic where one orders that I had a pre-order, gave the order number, and precised that the pre-order contained a LATTE. They need to have a priority system to get lattes started as soon as they're ordered so that they're ready at the window, or else it isn't fast reliable service. I guess I just can't order lattes in drive thru. An extra 6 minutes in the parking lot might not seem like much, but when you're in a hurry and the food you also ordered is sitting for longer getting cold, it kinda sucks.nnMy second issue is that the lettuce they give you is sometimes rotten. Today, it's going bad, and that's just gnarly. Someone knowingly put this in a sandwich, and that just speaks to how little the staff cares - from the employees, to the managers, and to the owners. I'm glad I saw it before I bit into this. Quality control is poor.
Last time I will visit this location. Ordered some lunch with my kid and what an experience. We didn't receive the full order, and they started arguing that we only ordered what we got. After digging up the order, they realized they were wrong. Then it took another 10 min to receive the grilled cheese because the person making them had many other orders before and didn't want to deal with the missed item. When we got it the cheese was not even melted, wow. The service is beyond poor and the tables were all dirty. I'm wondering if it is new management as this was not the case earlier. Never going there again, gross and poor service is not what I want.
Placed a dine-in order from the app and came to the shop but no one wanted to give me my order. All of the staff were just walking here and there while I was waiting and no one asked me what I wanted for that 15 minutes even when I tried to talk with them. Later found out that my meal was already made and but no one wanted to give me the meal. By the time I got the meal, It was cold. Very disappointed with the staff. They have no idea what they're doing. Just making the customers waiting without even ask them what they want. Will never go there again.
Last week, I ordered two drinks and a donut through the drive-thru, and the experience that followed was absolutely unacceptable. When I reached the window, the staff seemed completely disorganized and confused about my order. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify, they rudely pushed food I did NOT order toward me, all while ignoring what I was saying. I had to repeat my simple order multiple times, yet both employees remained confused. I find it hard to believe that this location struggles with basic common sense, as I only ordered two drinks and a donut. I was forced to sit at the drive-thru window for nearly 10 minutes, going back and forth with two employees over such a simple order. When the manager finally intervened, they made little to no difference, and their attitude was just as unpleasant. The service at this location is downright disgraceful. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location entirely.
Slow, disorganized location - The few times I’ve visited this location on 10th line in Orleans be it via the drive-thru or ordering something physically from the cashier has been like wading through a pool of molasses. It’s evident it’s a mismanaged mess of a store filled with workers who don’t communicate - the Manager seems aimless as do the workers. Waiting for simple orders like a small coffee or a box of Timbits leads to mass pandemonium and confusion amongst the workers. My order today was clearly given away to a drive thru customer - upon questioning the worker as to why my order was given away, I was asked to repeat my order again to which I was given a blank confused stare. The Manager asked the worker to re-do my order after which I was given a cold, stale tough pastry which clearly said ‘heat’ on the display. While others stood there and also complained of their delayed or missing orders as my debacle unfolded.nnHow this store hasn’t been flagged by Tim Hortons Corporate for poor quality control, poorly trained employees and abysmal customer experience issues is beyond me.
