Tim Hortons

Horrible experience. Manager was just yelling at staff and not letting them help. One girl looked like she was about to cry. The manager wouldn’t come speak to me when I asked to see her. Update: I’ve been in contact with head office about this incident. They assured me the store manager would be in contact with me. He has not. There is no follow up from this location. I will be going to Starbucks on Trim up the street from now on.

So I just walked into Tim Hortons (worst decision ever), and asked for a cup of water, since I forgot my wallet. They refused, I asked the manager if they required to give people water by law, and she said yea, but that she just didn’t want to give me one. Then the other employed started making a scene, not acknowledging that it was making other customers uncomfortable. Starting to think it was a racial thing, thought the country was past this. Good for you timmies!

Drive through was getting consistently slower. I can order the same coffee every day and it tastes different everyday. Roll up the rim is now just a complete disappointment. What happened to my go to place for coffee? Mcdonalds of all places has you beat for quality of coffee (not food) and speed.

Always running out of stuff. One day they had no bread. And to top it off the staff are oblivious and insulting. When you question why the drive through is so slow they take it personally and tell you to "reschedule your life". They have no idea about the basics of customer service. We had been warned to stay away, now we know. Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be a trend. Go to the other location just down the road at Trim and Taylor Creek. They're faster and much friendlier.

Very busy at lunch hour a but other then that great place. Excellent service and great food.
