Second Cup

This location tried to give me an untoasted bagel with a slab of butter on it that was hard and unspeadable. When I asked for my money back because it was not something a normal person would eat they tried to give me less money than I had paid and then warmed up the bagel so that it was a glob of unspread butter. Coffee was good.

I have to say I love Second Cup but the Management here is by the far the most miserable and negative bunch of people you will come across; extremely cheap; they spare no attention to good hygiene or to good service; I strongly recommend you not spend your money here

The coffee is the same as any other second cup so easy to say it's decent, however staff there are miserable, especially the owner. Always in a bad mood and have repeatedly seen her give attitude to customers. I've been told off myself once or twice. Sad they are the only coffee place out of the foodcourt. I wish the atmosphere was better.

Staff always friendly but boy...I have yet to see a Second Cup location that knows how to prepare a Latte or Cappuccino. I have even visited Second Cup locations on other provinces and still they can't make it right. Needless to say that I stopped buying from them :(

I tried going to this location on and off for a couple of months now either before work or on my breaks. All I want to order is espresso over ice. They not only refuse to make this for me, but the lady that works there scrunches up her face and shakes her head at me anytime I try. This is an incredibly easy drink to make and I couldn't understand the reasons why they wouldn't do it. I finally probed with some of the other staff and they explained that customers are cheap and they would take the milk from the condiment counter and make it an iced latte. Basically saying that I was trying to cheat them out of paying for an iced latte. I won't go back. Ever. So rude.
