This Tims is the absolute best. Their service is quick and they are very handy. Also, they take the time to ask you how you are. Very friendly .

The staff are very nice here. The drive thru has mixed up my orders fairly often so I just go in store to get my food and I haven’t had an issue since.

I've had plenty of good experiences here but today was just awful. I ran into an incompetent staff with terrible training in customer service.

Don’t come here too early in the morning. Employees are pissed off and literally told me they didn’t know how to make one of the menu items. Thanks
