I had a really nice experience at Tim Hortons today. The girl Manraj who helped me was extremely polite and friendly. She greeted me with a smile and was very patient while taking my order.nnHer positive attitude made my day better, and the service was quick and professional. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service.nnThank you for the great experience!

I’m honestly very disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. Even after giving very simple instructions like “please add one extra sugar,” they never follow it properly. They always put just one sugar in the whole coffee, and it ends up tasting very bitter every time. And look at the amount of sauce if you ask them to put little bit extra they gonna charge for …It’s frustrating when you pay for something and it’s never made the way you requested.nnAlso, whenever we place an order online and go there to pick it up, many times they don’t even have the items we ordered. What’s the point of online ordering if the items aren’t available when we arrive?nnOn top of that, the customer service isn’t great either. Staff don’t seem attentive to orders or concerns. I hope this location improves its service, pays attention to customer instructions, and ensures items are actually available for online orders.

It's Tim Hortons so it's more convenient than actual good food. This whole epidemic of going through the drive-thru them not telling you you going to have to wait and then tell you to go park around the corner has to stop. I'm a customer it does not matter to me about your drive thru times. You can also tell me when I'm ordering that I'm going to have to wait

Lady at the drive through window gave me so much attitude she can’t count cars properly made me wait after I arrived two cars before me she took there order and not mine and than I thought something was wrong with my speaker so I drove up to the window and she starts yelling at me to wait my turn infront of the manger who didn’t say anything. I told her I come here every morning I know how it works she starts getting upset at me and I’m like I want my order I waited my turn plus more . They don’t take the orders right they favor one side of the speaker and than yell at you if you question why. Young Indian girl maybe learn how to observe when cars pull up and not just picking and choosing which side to take orders on

At 5 pm do not expect anything fresh. Nor should you expect any dinner. They were out of every product you could think of. No wraps, no bagels, no bacon, no soup. Basically everything. A family with small kids had been turned away because they had nothing to serve. I only went in for donuts and they were old and starting to stale. Took us 15mins to get our donuts. THE KIOSK DO NOT WORK ! Just avoid this location as best as you can. Go get coffee at McDonalds or burger king. Much better everything.
