Tim Hortons

I ordered a French Vanilla and an Oreo donut at this Tim Hortons, and as soon as I walked in, I felt like my coffee was going to be just perfect. This was my first time ordering here, and I was really impressed, the French Vanilla tasted amazing and the donut was fresh and delicious. What stood out the most was the customer service. It was honestly the best I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the experience really enjoyable. On top of that, the place was very clean, which made everything even better. Overall, this first visit left a great impression. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to!

Love how Derek knows my exact order every time without me even saying anything! Some of the girls are so fun too! Makes my morning coffee that much better!

This tim hortons used to be so much better on Madawaska...over the past couple months there has been a decline. We went through today ordered a med coffee and a double toasted bagel with cream cheese. Not really toasted and only half the bagel had cream cheese. A little more care and attention should be applied to what they are serving. There has been other issues as well with other orders lately I just finally decided to review hopefully they will collectively do better.

I always go to the Tim Hortons Drive Through in Arnprior on Madawaska. I don’t know how they did it but they have assembled such an amazing team of people working there who are always so friendly and fast and efficient. Derek in particular genuinely seems to be having fun at his job and it’s probably because he’s interacting with the guests the same way he would with his friends and I can tell customers really enjoy that. I really can’t say enough about the team there and I always look forward to seeing them for my before work coffee.nnKeep up the great work guys!nKindly,nKurt
