Ran into the restaurant to use the washroom. The woman’s bathroom was not very clean. When we received our drinks, they were only 3/4 full. We ordered large and received the equivalent of a medium. We went through drive thru so didn’t have a chance to complain.
Just tried to place an order in the restaurant, waiting for over 10 minutes and not one staff acknowledged or asked for our order. Left very unhappy! We understand staff shortages are an issue but not to have someone even take the time to say sorry we are busy please be patient! Awful customer serviceService: 1/5
Always friendly going through the drive through. A bit of wait, but that’s expected at any drive through! Coffee was hot and muffin was hot too!
Certainly one of the better McDonald's in the valley. Sometimes you get slow service and sassy teenagers but I've come to expect that at all fast food joints.Food: 3/5

Drive-thru service was fast even though busy. We got lukewarm fries. Fries are meant to be piping hot! Warm, limp, undercooked fries are simply not acceptable. Waste of money! Smoothies were great, especially for $2 each

Open 24 hrs and staff are very friendly helpful and extremely courteous. It's also been renovated including the driver now offering lanes. I was very impressed and the food was piping hot extremely tasty. I will be back, I mean, come on it is McDonald's you can't stay away for long.
This is a great McDonald's! I came here twice and it was very busy both times. The washrooms were very clean despite how busy it was. The wait for my order was short and I received all the items ordered accurately. I would recommend this McDonald's to family and friends.
seriously.. continually the worst service and food.. we ordered an ice cream cone. the new service system is terrible, there were like 9 people waiting around for mediocre food. after 7 min we received a pathetic little ice cream cone. even my daughter made fun of it.. do yourself a favor.. there is a 5 guys like 2km down the road, treat yourself to a fantastic burger the way YOU want it.
