Absolutely amazing Tim Hortons location.nnStaff were extremely kind on a friday morning. Caring and patient.nnThe shelves were stacked, order came in super quick and it made me want to get out of my way next time I go through the area to hit this timmies.nnNice work guys, keep it up

Probably the best Tim's experience I have had in the last few years. The place was clean, people were friendly and smiling. I used the roof washroom and even it was super clean and no outhous type smell.nCoffee had no grounds it it, bagel had a decent proper amount of cream cheese on it. Great location!

I’m a regular customer at Tim Hortons and I always get my coffee from this location. I’ve never had a bad experience before — the customer service has always been great and the staff are usually polite and kind.nnHowever, today around 5:15pm I had a disappointing experience. I ordered three iced lattes — one decaf and two regular — with a quarter ice, just like I always do. But today, the cups were not full and about a quarter of each cup was empty.nnWhen I brought it up, the staff member told me, “That’s how it is,” which I found quite disrespectful. Also, there was no label indicating which drink was the decaf.nnThis is not how customer service should be handled, especially for a regular customer. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered iced coffee, so I know how it’s usually prepared. I hope this doesn't happen again .

Jeff provides excellent service at Tim Hortons. He is friendly, fast, and very professional. His smile and positive attitude make every visit enjoyable. Thank you, Jeff, for your great service—it truly makes a difference!

Really sick of Tim horton’s ever shrinking products. This is a factor at both Arnprior locations, not sure if they have the same owner, but the greed is really off putting.nnToday’s order gave me a wrap half the size of the last one I got, which was maybe end of September. Literally tiny. I measured just to give folks an idea and it was less than 3” wide, 5.5” long and barely an inch thick. Like a snack size wrap for full price.nnThe sandwich was 80% bread. You could literally not see toppings from the outside of the bun. One slice of tomato, 2 slices of turkey, 1 piece of bacon etc.nnIt’s just blatant greed at this point. Zero respect for the customer.nZero reason to go anymore, especially since it’s organizational policy to burn the coffee.nnStaff are always friendly to their credit.
