Tim Hortons

Absolutely terrible customer service. The lady at the front counter yelled to the whole store that a customer's card was declined...this person had already walked to the waiting side, while we were getting ready to place our order. There was no greeting between customers, no smiles, nothing. The weirdest part, this same lady never acknowledged us. She had her co-worker speak while she punched in our order... it was so weird. We asked for a wrap, she punched it in, but the lady beside her said, "crispy or grilled?" and so on for each item. Like, I get that you are not the person who will be making the food...but lazy-much?? I give two stars because the food tasted good.

It is my quick stop leaving Ottawa. Fast and friendly service. Busy place which is good.

I love Tim hortons... But the service is terrible! Yes they are efficient with their drive thru time and that's important. However, they do not have positive attitudes. They are not welcoming .. I went there this morning after working my over night shift and from the moment I got to the speaker and arrived at the window to pay for my order. The service wasn't good. I hate the bummed tone in their voices like they could care less. At the window, two women I do know as acquaintances collected my payment and handed me my order. I felt very rushed, I had asked how they were doing and their tones seemed as though it didn't really matter. I understand that fast food isn't that fun to work in. I have worked in fast food for a long time. I understand the feelings behind the scene kind of thing. But at least be polite in some kind of way . ask how people are doing? Say have a good day? The tim hortons in town have changed alot . the quality of interacting with the customers has gone down quite a lot to be honest . unfortunately I am disappointed and I hope that maybe if they receive enough complaints that they will make some changes. I've been going there since I was in elementary school and I do love it there and the people who have worked there and still do but going to a place where it's all negative attitudes makes you not want to go back ..

Most days my order is mixed up or plain wrong. Often, I get lots of coffee grounds in my iced or hot coffee. The hot coffee is hit or miss, mostly miss. It tastes like hot water with a splash of burned coffee. On a number of occasions, I have overheard one of the older women with a manager tag yelling at her staff in front of us customers. The most recent occurence: She finished yelling about getting a certain type of bagel and whatever spread, then stood at the drive thru till picking her nails... Really?! Other than the yeller, the ladies in the morning are fantastic. Always greeted with a good morning and a smile.

Always a busy spot. Usually lots of parking and quick service. Friendly staff.
