If I could I would give it no stars. Everytime I stop to get food we wait like 20 min for fries. Just fries. And then the rest of the food is cold. NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT

Renfrew had school crowd in and the boys were racaus,cursing ,throwing garbage around and needed a tuning up.Managment notified. The Angus Burger is as presentable a burger as I have eaten there in a long time. Staff there were exceptional.

Very horrible wait times at the drive thru, always in line for at least 30 minutes
Coffee never stirred, and decaf is never pushed down or ticked off, is it that hard to push a little button? I have a heart condition so I need to know for sure its decaf.  Just got a big Mac with Monterey Jack cheese on it, how do you screw up a big Mac??

It is currently 7:50 pm as write this review. Well ordered at 7:19pm. There was maybe 6 orders ahead of us. We specifically went here for a quick snack after a road trip. As we stood here we watched customer after customer walk out while waiting. We also saw the few who were served return with wrong orders. This place needs new management asap.
