Cheap, tasty & plentiful food. Service was fast and waitress was super sweet. Layout is cute, very retro. Glad I stopped by when I was passing through Renfrew. Would highly recommend.

I got Hungry Man’s Special for $12; it’s a breakfast on lunch time. Good price, nice food, its own old-time atmosphere. The bathroom was not bad; everything was working and restocked. Those who are paying by card will additionally be charged $2 for using the machine.

This is a very cute restaurant, it sticks to its theme. The waitress I see every time I go is amazing, very friendly, remembers our orders, and is great for conversation. The food is good, not overly greasy and very fast.nnTried the lemon meringue pie, it's great! Was able to pre-order a whole one by calling in advance. Very glad I did.nnAlways stop by every time I am in Renfrew.

Went for breakfast with the family. My granddaughter age 4 who was given coloring books to pass the time while waiting for our food. Service was excellent as was the food. Highly recommend. Prices reasonable. Love the memorabilia on the walls and oldies music. We come up to this area 2x a year to Portage du Forte. We will definitely return.

This is my favorite restaurant, with a fantastic variety of dishes to choose from and friendly, helpful staff who greet you with a smile. It's home-away-from-home cooking with a friendly atmosphere and reasonable pricing. You will not be disappointed.nI highly recommend it if you're looking for great food and a friendly atmosphere.
