McDonald's

Today was hot and I didn't have time extra time so I went throughthe Mc Donalds. I ordered 2 regular size mac flurry ice creams that came to $10 and change. The cups felt light but I thought it was just me. When I got home and opened them they were only a 3rd full!!! I'm over the prices going up and products very obviously shrinking.

The most consistent thing about this McDonald's is the terrible quality of the food and you can usually count on bad service. Half filled McFlurries, fries that taste hours old, and some staff that make you feel like you're inconveniencing them.

This is a two star McDonald’s for sure. They used to have self service fountain drinks. In an effort to improve profitability, they have removed them. And won’t offer any refills.nFurther, I don’t think you can make a quarter pounder any smaller than they have, obviously they have moved away from the weight measure of the burger in its former glory. With so few choices in Anrprior, sadly, this is one less for me.

Decent meal. Service could use improvement. I asked to switch out my diet coke to a different drink, did not taste very good. I had only taken two sips so it was still full mostly of ice too. Other places let customers fill their own drinks but not here. The first person I asked to change my drink said he'd have to ask. The person he asked said she'd have to ask. I've worked years in the service industry and this should have been an easy response. I had to leave by this point so I chucked my drink, which was mostly ice anyway, into the trash and left.

I spent $58 at this McDonald’s and was told I could only have two packets of chicken sauce for my entire order. I said I thought two packets per meal would be reasonable, but instead of trying to help, the manager came to the drive-thru window and argued with me. He even asked to see my phone so he could tell me he’d “set the standard for all McDonald’s” and that the policy was two sauces per order.nnThe issue isn’t four extra packets of mayonnaise-based sauce—it’s the customer service. Spending several minutes arguing with a customer over a few cents’ worth of sauce instead of simply finding a reasonable solution is disappointing. If this is truly the policy, that’s one thing, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and made me feel like my business wasn’t valued.nnCustomer service should be about solving small problems, not creating bigger ones Multi billion dollar company this is pathetic
