McDonald's

We stopped in about 15 minutes prior to closing time on Christmas eve. I had to write this review as I have never encountered staff like this. They were all very happy, friendly, polite and gave great service. Our orders were filled quickly. We even got free pastries as they would be closed the following day and offered them to customers. Thank you and Happy New Year!!

The McDonald's is pretty clean, the food is good. But the Shamrock triple thicc milkshake was pretty disappointing. This McDonald's would have a 5 start.. but rip the Shamrock shake

Absolutely terrible customer service. Yes, it was after 11 however, their breakfast menu was still showing so we ordered a breakfast wrap and breakfast sandwich. The girl taking our order was quite rude responding. Telling us she has no time and CLEARLY not enough people want it after 11 so pick something else! Not only was the order taker rude, we were then parked to wait for our meal. While we were waiting, we counted upwards of 8 other people parked as well. If you're looking for a quick meal to move on to your next destination as quickly as possible, do not pick the Arnprior McDonald's. They are extremely slow and seem unprepared, understaffed and overworked.

Not one of the faster McDonalds locations out there. If you go during peak times expect a hefty wait time. Staff are polite and very friendly.

Good customer service but kids play area needed to be cleaned. Lots of food a debris on floor and dust and finger prints on play structure was thick.
