A&W is always a great choice for a quick bite, and my recent stop at an outlet on the way from Ottawa to Barrie didn’t disappoint. The burger was as delicious as ever, with that signature taste A&W is known for. The staff were incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. A solid spot for a tasty and satisfying meal on the road

Renfrew, ON locationnnBusy Easter Saturday morning, zero customers in drive thru. Tim hortons and mcdonalds drive thru over flowing with cars.nnCashier didn't welcome, or acknowledge that we pulled up. After 3 minutes, we asked once if anyone was there. Curt answer of, just a minute. Waited another 5 minutes, when asked again in someone was there, cashier took our order. Waited another 5 minutes at the window, the restaurant didn't have thawed English muffins or biscuits for breakfast. We were offered hamburger buns. Cancelled one order.nnQuality of food is superior to other restaurant chains. It's too bad that restaurant management isn't able to staff properly, or prepare the restaurant for regular business hours. This isn't the workers fault, this is strictly management and ownership issues.nnCustomer behind us left because no one took her order, after waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes.nnTotal time to collect 2 coffees, 1 chicken breakfast sandwich and a hashbrown, was 25 minutes.nnWhen asked to speak to the manager on duty, the worker said there was no manager working today. When asked for a coupon, nothing. When asked to have the owners business card, nothing.

lI had a fantastic experience at the new A&W location on '2657 Renfrew Street'! The team here truly knows how to deliver great service. I was warmly greeted and served by Jasleen, Sandeep, Sofia, and Anmol and they were all incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. You can tell they care about making sure customers have a great visit.nnI also want to give a special shout-out to Harman who served me yesterday—he was equally attentive and made sure everything was perfect with my order. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere felt welcoming.nnIt’s always refreshing to see a team that works so well together and brings positive energy to the customer experience. Keep up the amazing work, A&W Renfrew team—you’ve definitely gained a loyal customer.

Waited over 10mins at the cash to order and buddy never even acknowledged me, never even looked up.nWhile i waited i watch the guy on fries touching peoples fries with his hands.nOverall horrible service and disgusting habits.nI ended up walking out no order and so did the two gentleman behind me.nYou don’t see this at other A&W’s.nI’m not sure why this particular location is so bad?

Clean, Efficient, during this experience we weren't asked if it was done in or to go. We just got our stuff bagged up but we're sitting down. Still A&W, always a solid spot for on the go.
