Compared to other Tim's, my Bacon turkey lunch sandwich had 1/2 of one strip of bacon. Nice day so we sat out, but the terrace is a barren place with no greenery, hedges etc. No recycling despite the label on the multi bin.nStaff are very friendly.
This was many attempts to purchase chili from this location and once again at dinner time they have no chili...like seriously every time I visit Renfrew they are always out of chili at dinner time...apparently the same owner owns both Tim Hortons in Renfrew. Very poor management not to have chili at dinner time...the regional manager should be investigating
We tend to stop here on our drives to Ottawa. Always takes forever for a couple simple coffees and donuts. To top it off, today I asked for a latte and got a black coffee. We'll be stopping at McDonald's next time. Our fault it took us this long to learn.
Special recognition to the young lady with blonde hair working this evening in the drive thru thank you for going over and above to make me a chai tea latte as that’s all I wanted after a hospitalnStay she was pleasant, friendly and outgoing will definitely return to this Tims great job you can tell you love your employment
