A wonderful lady served me. She was from Newfoundland. Great experience. It got me ready to work that day. Otherwise it seems like a regular Tom Hortons. I only got a coffee.

Probably the most handy thing off of the highway in Renfrew. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. And of course it has a drive-through. Staff were friendly and the place is clean. As for the food and coffee, it's a Tim Hortons. Don't care for the coffee myself but millions of Canadians love it, and the food is shipped in frozen... so much for "Always Fresh". If you want quality, go downtown to the Bonnechere Bakery.

Tim Hortons is always a usual consistent place offering fast food stuff and beverages - I like it because it's cost effective and usually getting to a cash and getting an order in and then getting order at the side is efficient - the only time I feel it's lacking is later evening - seems like because they know they won't be "big time" busy available products are not easy get. For example a bagel. They will have some but a very low amount of them and it always happen it's plain or a popular style - but all in all its a good Canadian place to go!

Best customer service I have had at any Tim Hortons so far. Great coffee.
