Excellent customer service. A young lady helped me at this location and I wish I had caught her name. She had such a warm personality and positive attitude. She was efficient and professional but also personable.

All young kids who work in there, about 8 males. They all made faces to each other after a customer left the store. Today was my first time at this location. There were just two customers, a lady and myself. While I was filling out forms, the lady wanted to compliment and give her appreciation to the owner or manager of the store. She was so grateful and happy about this store. She just wanted to give her thanks. After she left, most of the guys immediately started talking about her and making fun of her to the owner/manager and to each other. They were very loud and did not care to do it discretely in front of me. 
I don't understand, but why make those faces and comments when I'm still there. I wonder what they said and laughed about me after I left???
