Apple Southgate Centre

This is my first time in this Apple store and I was not initially happy with the service because I had to wait for more than 2 hours to see a Mac Technician. After my wait time, I was able to chat with one of the Mac specialist and he apologized for the long wait (he said it sincerely and I am kind of impressed with it). The Mac Specialist checked my Mac and explain the issues with it. Although I did not go ahead to repair the Mac because of the price but I will give 4 stars for the good customer service received.............

They don't stand by there warranty I bought an iPhone 6 and put it directly into an otter box defender series case. After about 2 months it bent in the common spot for iPhone 6's to bend right under the volume buttons where the only thing supporting the frame is the thin aluminum on the backing. Apple isn't owning up to there manufacturer defects they wont even consider the fact that it was apples fault. Never buying another apple product again.

The staff freaking sucks.their communication skills suck. I had an appointment at 3:05 to get my battery switched and I was sitting there for a half hour wiring for them to even take my phone and check it in, when I came back they didn’t even switch my battery, my phone was on the same percentage as when I left and it is still messing up.

Pretty much a decent experience every time I go in (which is a lot). There is one employee (an older asian man) who is always rude and never looks happy to be working. I honestly don't know why they hired him. Other than that it's a pretty decent experience. Products are always displayed nicely, and the support is quick and efficient

Worst customer service ever!!!! They try to help but I am afraid they do not do much other than them running their diagnostics and providing no solutions if its not in the book. Their techies just run by the book unfortunately. I am almost doubting my apple products now after this kind of low technical expertise by the Apple Store techies! You would definitely expect more tech savvy people working at the Apple Store who can actually provide answers to your questions!!
