The UPS Store

I wish I had read below reviews before I entered to this RUDE store. I only can say yesterday I was unlucky, I never had that kind of RUDE, HORRIBLE customer services. No greetings, no eye contacts, but only had yelling. They don't have any customer services on any UPS Couriers & Delivery Services. They only have interested on their printing jobs. Then why not having their own name instead of having "UPS Store" name. What a SHAME!!! Don't go to this UPS Store (24 - 155 East Beaver Creek Road), there are tons of stores out there.

I went to this store today October 16, 2017 at around 11:15 am. After standing there for a while, one of the two people, a female, finally acknowledged my presence. As I wanted to send a large package that was in my car, I asked for a trolley to bring it into the store. With a very unhelpful demeanour, she beckoned to a trolley that was loaded with boxes and said that was all they had. No assistance was offered to enable me to bring the package into the store. They clearly were not interested in receiving my package, so I left the store and went to another location. Needless to say that I won’t be returning to THAT store in the future. I only wish that I had seen these reviews before going to this store. I filed a formal complaint with UPS Canada but was advised that these outlets are independently owned.

The store clerk an older Asian gentleman was very rude towards me and my co worker after just asking for property managements number, as we were doing work for there building. How anyone could go into a store where someone is so rude is beyond me

So rude, the lady running the store had no interest solving my problem or answering my questions. She barely acknowledged me when I came into the store to ask a question. After asking the question she didn’t even make eye contact when answering and didn’t even care about solving my problem. She just wanted me to leave. Definitely avoid if possible.

I would give no star if it were possible. I have never been in a store with worse customer service. The lady working there really did't want to be there. So sad!!!
