Bed Bath & Beyond

Love this place. The selection is great, and their return policy is excellent. Items can be pricey, but if you use your coupons, and take advantage of their price matching policy, you are assured of a good deal. All of the sales associates are extremely attentive and friendly. It would be easy to get lost in the store, but with their help, it's never a problem to find what you are looking for, even if they have to order it for you. Minus 1 star because despite their best efforts, the wait times in the checkout and customer service lines are awfully long. In spite of this, I always look forward to my next visit.

Was emailed a 20 percent off ONE ITEM offer so wife and I went in a hot Sunday afternoon. Place was packed but found nothing but great service and happy sale associates. Great staff and process.

Terrible customer service. People who work there don't know their products. I showed them a picture of the stool I want, first they told me that they don't have it, then I told them that at another location I have been told that this location has 6 of them. Then me and seller were running around the shop for 20 mins looking for it and end up finding it next to a cashier where we started. Then I had questions about this stool and delivery but cashier was very distracted and could not provide any clear answer to me. She looked at me like I am bothering her with useless questions and she doesn't have time for it. It was one of the worse customer services I ever received. Went there for the first time and probably for the last time as well. Called the customer service line to ask same question same situation. Nothing clear. Check with a store she says. Damn damn damn...

I had such an awesome experience at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The manager, Alison, is exceptional, and went out of her way to make sure my husband and I were satisfied. I had a few returns and exchanges to make from my gift registry and did not have a gift receipt for some purchases. Still, I had no issues receiving store credit or a new item. Having recently moved to the area, I will certainly be back, and look forward to shopping here again.
