I should have gone with my gut feeling about the reviews and not ordered anything from this store.  I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Valentine's Day with a teddy bear but the recipient never received the teddy bear paid $135 and did not get what I paid for I think this calls for a call to corporate office tomorrow what a joke!!  Thanks a lot!

I ordered an arrangement for my friends birthday because I was unable to make it to her house. They did  not put the balloon (which I had paid for) on the arrangement. I am very disappointed.
