Very poor customer relationships. They mainly focus on Asian clientèle. The staff must learn how to greet people properly and stop behaving like robots :) also it would be more appealing if they stop posting the photos of shop lifters at the entrance let Police deal with them. It's quite ugly. Someone can feel like a thief if you face looks similar or from same ethnic group. However good electronics store. They have the advantage of non existent Future shop and Tiger Direct.

You can find here pretty much all what you might need. At returning items, there is a guy who is helpful and gives you alternatives. This is why I rated 4 stars. The rest of the team is busy with anything else but not with the customers. If they have​ a customer, 2 or 3 people are working for that person. If you are looking for help or just to order something that is behind the counter, they will do their best to avoid/ignore you.

Prices are competitive for specific items. But overall, I would recommend to not order anything online. Customer service is not good. If you can buy from a more trusted seller like amazon or newegg I would recommend to do so.

Goods are good. Varied computer products. It is very good place for computer stuff. One Star is losed, because the staffs are not so good.

Went there few months ago and felt so humiliated ... I had a cable in my hand that I've picked up and walked toward the exit (cashier) and was looking at the USB keys across the counter before paying. All of a sudden 3 staffers appeared side to me, front of me and back of me. They were looking as IF I would of walk outside without paying for a $2 cable. They asked me rudely what I wanted and I said that I was reading about the products. I knew they were watching me and I purposely made them wait a whole 10 minutes beside me as I was just looking at every single usb keys and the pricing. Then I said that the prices were too high and I just wanted the cable. After I paid, all 3 staffers went back to their daily routine. That was so rude of them! I understand that they have to look out for thieves but my goodness use tact. Won't shop there again, that's affirmative.
