Went in to make two passport photocopies and the service rep gave them to me for free rather than break a $50 which is all I had. Thanks!

The worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with. I've had stuff shipped from the UK before through Canada Post and never had to pay a customs charge yet - but twice I got charged $40 when UPS was used. The first time I got charged I wrote a complaint and got half my money back, and a snobby letter from management saying this is the one and only time. The second time I just paid, and the third time what do you know customs charges again. They have terrible customer service, and the staff have the biggest attitude ever - they act like it is the biggest chore to answer your questions - what is this a government office? LOL I scheduled a package for pickup and they told me it's available at the centre. I drove half an hr only to have the lady tell me it's out with a driver. I came home, called their customer service line, and they said they don't know where the package is and I can only pick up in a few days, of course then I am at work. They don't work Saturdays or Sundays, unlike other delivery services. The other 100's of bad reviews don't lie.

The operator of this ups store is a crook and a idiot. Avoid!! I will drive to next closest ups store from now on
