Terrible salesperson, bad attitude. Excellent showroom but it's all a facade. The quality of the customer service is abysmal and is not recommended for any renovators or anyone for that matter.

Worst customer service. Owner came to this country to run a business and then is absolutely racist towards Canadians, claiming they have too much sense of entitlement. I'm sorry that I expect decent customer service, which you will not get at this store. Don't waste your time here, you can find equally great products at many other stores in the GTA without receiving harassment.

Don't ever go here. The owner is horrible. He yelled at me when I returned an item that was still in the box telling me - A Canadian born and raised - that I can't tell him what to do in his country and this this is his land? ( he was clearly an immigrant) I was actually scared and just wanted my refund to I could get out of there. NEVER SHOP HERE!!!!!

Owner used racial remarks instead of a real apology. Prices are comparable to all other stores; went here since its right beside the house. They told me to pick up an item at the Riobel warehouse which is 50km away; not a problem. Called both Riobel and the store to confirm the pick up. Drove down there to be told that the item wasn't there and someone from the store picked it up. Wasted over 2 hours sorting this thing out because Tubs couldn't call us to update; plus for a fake apology from the store owner. We asked to be compensated for our time, and instead of a simple "no", he got racial. He claimed that Canadians are all this way and that people from Iran wouldn't act this way. The guy Al, told me that he's well known in this industry and that he's been to 4 countries (why does it matter?). I mentioned to him that I'm Canadian sure, but I wasn't born here either and grew up in the Middle East and that he's out of line with making an assumption based on looking at me. Totally wasted our time on a racist owner.
