Customer service is always great, with the current owner and the previous owner, never really had the issue with the door closing on me over my 2 years, but i never really went to pickup near the closing hour either so i cant really say much about that part

the service was nice but i went on a saturday and they are only open for 4 hours, and the guy was over an hour late

Small UPS store offering delivery and sending your letters and boxes. It offers printing service as well but the store doesn't look organized and the guy there is always in rush.

Avoid your pickup from this location because they don't honor their hours and close before 6:30pm if not busy. I arrived 6:25 and saw one other customer and two UPS delivery trucks having the same problems as I. A big no to this location.
