Consumers Tire - Markham

Quick and friendly service. The location wasn’t busy and the prices are decent. The lady at the front desk told me it would take an hour and a half to change all four tires, but they were finished in about 40 mins, which was also a plus.

I had an appointment at 1:00 pm to have 2 new tires put on my car. It took 2 hours and when I said to the John, (Costumer Service Technician) that I thought that it took a long time he got very rude. His comment was "some people are unbelievable. We are changing tires on about 44 cars." So I am wondering why do they make appointments if you are going to wait that long??? Or if they told me that I should be prepared for a 2 hour wait I could have arranged to drop the car off and come back later. Very annoyed!!

I went there to get a set of winter tires and what an experience . They are the nicest people that I have met in the tire industry . I have been the automotive industry for 17 years and I must say, I am very impressed. YOU need to go here for your tires 100% . Ask for Emma or Al , great people and very honest . A big thank you to John !!!

Went on line to request a quote. Web details were good and it seemed very professional. Problem is while they promise 24hr turnaround it is now well over 72hr and still zero response or contact. Very poor customer service.

fully blackguard. order 4 Michelin Xice3, mentioned must be new tire made by 2017. however, they installed two 2015 year beginning made (more than 2.5 year aged) aged tire on my car. talk to the owner, he says that they will fix this for me for free, but too busy that day, schedule appointment next month. what happened when I come back? he ask me to pay extra $80 to replace these two old tire; their countertop staff totally denied the request of 2017 year tire. what a lier ! they always sell aged tire to customer but never let them know! never go there!
