A great one-stop shop with a wide variety of good quality products.nThe store is usually well-organized, and it’s easy to find what you need. Customer service is always helpful. Overall, it’s a reliable department store with something for everyone.
Another hit or miss… huge store with lots of brands, but aimed at an older crowd? Do people still wear suits? Or ties?nnThere are some cool brands like Hugo, Under Armour, Doc Martins, and a Car Enthusiast area, offering Ferrari, etc.nnTheres a Kiehl’s shop in shop too.

Hillcrest Mall.nWomen's clothes department.nAs a loyal client for 10+ years , me and our family constantly buying our clothes and home Textile, jewelry and gifts , and collecting points etc. I love loyalty programs, and today the another one email from Marketing department Hudson's Bay has arrived with a lucrative deals .nBetween my day routine, within two kids , I decided to check the dresses, Donna Karan was in my mind and the around 500 bucks budget. Short in time. Was able to select only 6 pieces, try on in fitting room, choose two for now , and back to continue my shopping as deal is in August 18-21.nnHowever! The associates, cashiers were in other routines. I refuse to buy even two items, neither want to continue my shopping. So rude , so much misinformation, nobody care what I was looking for help , and wanted to check the prices , as members price were different. I even start to do it by myself via website, the associates refuse to check in system, just pointed me on tags . Seriously.....after 15 min in my frustrations in customer service zone , the associate with no respect for a waiting time , gave me wrong price from tag again. She start arguing with me, rude , she does check the price and it was much less then on tag. So I was okay with price+ my budget stretching. I refuse to continue, was so unsatisfied by service at all, like newer before.nSo disappointed by customer service in The Hudson's Bay, Hillcrest Mall.nCustomer service associate didn't apologize for my waiting time. Actually, she left me when I was in front of register spot. And imagine, I was waiting for her 15 min to be served like joke.nnMy kids were awaiting in other store to pay all that time. I should not be in this situation.
I had a very frustrating experience at Hudson’s Bay in Hillcrest Mall with the manager, and a cashier. I went to return an item after Christmas, and despite the fact that all tags were still attached,the cashier gave me some excuse to avoid accepting the return. She then called the manager over, and he claimed they couldn’t accept the item because it had a wrinkle.nnHe also mentioned there were some dog hairs on the item. I explained that the item had been in my car since I bought it, as it wasn’t what I wanted. I assured him I hadn’t used it, and all tags were still attached. I even offered to clean it and return it, but he firmly said, “No, we can’t accept it.” I accepted their decision and was about to leave when he suddenly added, “I am here by closing,” and told me I couldn’t come back again to return it. Confused, I asked, “Did I say I was going to come back and return it?” I had already accepted their decision and was leaving.nnBefore leaving, I told him, “You are the manager here, to whom can I complain about you?” He responded, “You cannot complain about me!” I was shocked by his dismissive and unprofessional attitude.nnAs a loyal customer of Hudson’s Bay, my purchase history can easily show my consistent support for the store. However, after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I want to shop there again.
My sister, mom and I did our Christmas shopping at the Bay yesterday and it was a great experience. We bought a lot of stuff since there were a lot of discounts. Special shout out to the sales associate Patsy she made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. She helped me get a Neo card and helped with our purchases. She was funny, kind and very willing to help us. If I ever need anything from the Bay this is the one I will go to for sure!
