Hudson's Bay

I would give a -5 stars if I could. This is the WORST Hudson's Bay ever!!! It's rarely organized and the workers are not helpful and they work slower than grannies. Expect to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes to pay at any cashier (if any are open) when there are only 3 people in line.. I am not exaggerating. Even opening a plastic bag can take them 5-10 seconds.. I sometimes wonder if Hudson Bay only hires people who are older, slower and not helpful.. They also are more confused about sales than customers coming in (I've witnessed this quite a few times).. I don't know how they make any money.. Thank God for board committees with deep deep pockets.

The perfect words to describe this Bay is “No Frills”. It lacks in many areas. You think that such a smaller size Bay would be managed properly. For a Richmond Hill location, one would expect a higher end bay with exceptional service but it’s not.

This is a great place for Christmas shopping you can pretty much find anything and everything you need. From clothing to shoewear and pretty much any household items. Lets not forget jewellery and cosmetics. It also has a great collection colognes and perfumes

I work at this mall and sometimes visit here and oh my god... the staff are SO slow. Every single time I go I will always wait at the register minimum 10 minutes no matter what time of day it is ( this has been consistent for 2 years) it's so frustrating... i wasn't planning to complaint but today I went to one register waited ten minutes, and there's no one in front of me. The two cashiers were tending to two other customers one on the phone the other one blabbing in Chinese. I couldn't take it after ten minutes. I went to another register, she was on the phone too with only one customer and it seemed like it was going to another ten minutes. I persisted to wait because I just wanted to return my one item and get it over with . In that instant my item slipped and it broke... if i was tended to in an parropriate timely manner this would have never happened. I plan on avoiding this place from now on.

One of the best Hudson's Bay store I have ever been. The people I have met were all very kind and very helpful. The store itself is very organized everything looks neat and great attention is paid to every detail of the product layout.
