I was there to get an International Driving Permit. The process was fast. They take your picture on the spot which is very convenient. What I didn’t expect was that the store was closed from 12:30-1:30 for lunch!!!! It was not advertised on their website and caused a long line up outside the store.
Not recommending! They hire just about anyone. I've waited 4 hours in a blistering cold for the towing to arrive. When the driver BASHIR QASIMI finally arrived he declined helping me and left me hanging with a broken car on the road in the middle of night! Driver BASHIR QASIMI was very rude and unprofessional! I've never been so disappointed and unhappy about a towing experience! Their membership is a huge waste of money better call any towing guy!
Good store and great service. I was there to get my international driver license. I took my photos somewhere else before heading there, but found out that they can take photos for IDP on site too. Very convenient.
Pretty awful experience. Wanted to look for an item for purchase. Specific item and would have been fast. Was there at 12:18 PM but Doors locked. Sign says closed from 12:30 to 1:30 but doors already locked. It looked like 2 or 3 staff inside and 2 customers. At least six customers outside. Most left. We did too. The staff who finally came to door for someone else was incredibly rude. So be warned. Very disappointing.
Store was neat and tidy but staff was missing in action. Called several times and left messages but no response from them.
They provide an excellent service which is more then you need. You can get the map and guides if you are CAA member.
The store moved from across Costco to a bit further north since my last visit a long while ago. The new store is larger, brighter, and more appealing. Service was reasonably prompt, and based on eavesdropping, most patrons there, member or not, were getting their international drivers license renewed
Understaffed on weekends. Went on a Saturday and had to wait 45 min in line. The problem is, they have no triage to handle different customers. I was there for a simple international drivers licence, but I was waiting behind people who wanted car insurance, or wanted to plan their vacation, etc.
At busy times, it takes a long time to get served. But if you go early in the morning, service is excellent!
I was here for my international driver’s permit. No application needed. Bring 2 photos but if you dont have them CAA snaps them on spot and charge you additional if not it is $25/- service was pretty quick. And staff is very nice!:
