Actually a '0'. Emergency situation. Needed assistance. On hold for almost 15 minutes only to be told they don't go out of their way to deliver care to ill patients. My advice...find someone willing to perform reasonable service for pay. This isn't one of those places

The Source brand headphones almost destroyed my iPod Classic beyond repair. The aux broke inside the headphone jack. I have never had this happen to me with any other brand of headphone. When I told them about this they chose to do nothing about it. Buy their headphones if you are in the mood to replace your phone or iPod 👌

In response to RWT, you can NOT ask a business to deliver a battery across a town when the business does not offer any other delivery services. If you think you're in the right then the only emergency service you need is mental. you sir are an idiot, SUCH AN IDIOT. SUCH A GOD DAMN IDIOT JUST GET BRAIN SURGERY

I've been here a few times throughout the years. Sometimes the staff are helpful, other times they aren't. It really depends. On my latest visit, I was greeted upon entrance and asked if I needed help which was good. But when talking about details with the sales guy about a product, I got the vibe that he really didn't want to answer my questions so I just left. Ended up buying what I needed at another store. I give 3 stars because my positive experiences with this store outweighed the negative ones.

Horrible I bought a headrush exterior speaker which I paid 1/4 the price for insurance it fell out on the highway at 80 k they won't replace it unless I bring in the pieces really what did I pay insurance for? Don't do business with them such a scam!!!!!!!!!!
