Cheerful and attentive, helped me collect my phone even though it was sent from a different bell store on the mainland. All smiles, would go back.

I had to call repeatedly to get anyone to pick up the phone and answer my questions. When someone did finally pick up, he was rude. He did not want to answer my questions and refused to look for a product I am wanting to purchase. What a joke! I will never stop by in person and will warn others to expect terrible service as well. Horrendous.

Very poor management! On a Friday, after talking to the Bell Technical support (who were great) I was told to take my Mifi in and get a new one. I phoned down to the store in Mayfair Mall first and was told there was no one there until Monday who knew how to process the paperwork on this kind of transaction. Both people were away on vacation. So, I've ended up with no working mifi hot spot for our vacation as we leave tomorrow.
