Matt, Cameron and Tessa are awesome. I have been with Bell for over ten years and they are by far the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Bell employees I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They all need a raise. THANKS GUYS! Keep up the good work. :)

My wife and I received perhaps the best customer service we have ever experienced from James and Matt at the Hillside Centre Bell store. We arrived close to 5PM to switch our iPhones to Bell from Rogers and purchase a new Series 3 apple watch for my wife at the same time. The store officially closes at 5:30PM but James and Matt stayed until 8PM to finish all the work setting up our phones and watches (I bought one too when they made me an offer I couldn't refuse on a trade in for my old Series 1 watch)! James and Matt really know their stuff and I doubt many others would have known how to get the new watches with LTE working properly let alone stick it out way past closing to get it done! We would happily give a 10 star rating if only that were possible :)
