Took my laptop in after the screen started malfunctioning, the tech took one look at it and told me it needed a new panel but I wouldn't like the price. Instead of just taking my money he directed me where to look to replace the screen myself. Repairing it myself went without a hitch. I really appreciated the honesty.

These guys go above and beyond everytime! I have bought refurbished components and computers and have had repairs and upgrades done. Very happy with their efficient and honest service.

I went to them with a problem and they were very attentive and thorough. When it couldn't be fixed they refused to charge me even though I offered to pay them for their time. Very honest and I would always go back.
