Lots of cool stuff. Just wished there was more vinyl for a place called Sunrise records. Reminded me of an hmv.
With very little options for a place to buy physical audio I should not be so picky but they put the punk with the Metal and that's just not right. Very friendly staff who were quite helpful

Sad because I’m excited to have this Canadian chain around but specific to this location, it’s awful. TERRIBLE service. The two day guys during the week won’t lift a finger to help customers or show any interest to making them happy or even looking up info on release dates or anything. I’ve been to a number of Sunrise locations but have never seen one with such poor service and employees not even willing to get off the chair to help. So sad
will give this store a 4 out of 5 rating as they have a lot of stuff at pretty decent prices. Not sure how well the vinyl sales are at this place but everything else seems to move itself pretty well. Glad that we still have a store like this which sells games, shirts and posters as this trend will never go out of style
I love this store. The staff go above and beyond in hunting down obscure items treasures if they are not in stock and it’s a great place for gifts - both for others and yourself. I agree with other people’s assessments in that Sunrise is very similar to HMV with the exception that Sunrise has a better selection.
If you liked HMV you'll like Sunrise. It's basically identical minus the name change. I can't think of any real differences in fact That being said, love this store. Great selection for the most part, I like the atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. They also had a large selection of vinyl which was great
There aren't a lot of places where I live to buy entertainment, HMV went out of business then we got Sunrise records. I really like Sunrise Records. They have good deals, lots to choose from and friendly employees. Sadly they are temperarly closed which makes no sense to me. I hope you guys reopen and don't shut down completely. It would be really disappointing if you did.
Almost always a pleasure! Most items that I am looking for can either be found in-store or can be ordered. Currently, takes a little longer to receive items, but not to worry! Fairly competitive pricing, and some surprising sales/finds!
