Apparently I was invisible when in the Douglas Street store today. There were two other customers in store, but one had completed her purchase. I took picture, and laid down on the $4,979 mattress I was interested in. I spent 10 minutes looking around to compare with other mattresses. Then I circled through the store, back to the mattress section. In all of about 20 minutes, no staff were available to ask if they could be of service! That could have been a $5000 + sale! One star, because there is no option for zero!
I had an amazing experience today at the Brick! Grahame M. spent a lot of time with me picking out my two mattress sets, choosing mattress protectors & pillows, getting me on sale and combination deals as well as an early delivery date all at an amazing price. I'm very satisfied with my visit and will highly recommend this store to my family and friends.
Update - I would like to thank Julian, the sale manager at the store on Douglas street in Victoria. After seeing my negative review and hearing about the poor customer service we received he contacted me right away, apologized and did what he could to remedy the unfortunate situation. We are satisfied with the outcome and appreciate his efforts and willingness to ensure that our experience was a positive one. We ordered & paid for an accent chair in November, the sales person told me it would be in store in January. Long story short, I called in January, told it would be March, called in March, they weren’t sure, called in May, apparently the chair was no longer available.... no one called to tell me this, no apology, nothing...got my money back, will NEVER shop there again, so unprofessional & dishonest, the first salesperson obviously was lying when he told me when the chair would be in.
Valentina was our sales consultant today. What an absolutely wonderful experience we had. She helped us every step of the way and showed us nothing but perfect customer service. Without a doubt I would reccomend Valentina if you stop off at this location!
Ed was fantastic. He provided first class customer services pairing it great product and industry knowledge. He presented a great range of options and gave us honest advice when purchasing our applicants package.
Grahame was my salesman. He was professional and very helpful in making me spend my money buying two TV sets and a wall oven. : I had a pleasant shopping experience at the store.
Great customer service! Both times that we went to this place, we have been welcomed with friendly sales staff.Very helpful, patient and not pushy at all! Really helped us take our time to evaluate the product that we wanted! We will definitely come back again!
I was in the Brick last night and bought a Patio set. I was so pleased with the swift and professional service I received from the salesman, and the Manager Julian. I'm so excited for the set I bought, and the service and care was just the icing on the cake. Great job!
Yay to the Brick, sales consultant, Vefa! He helped us with exactly what we asked for. We were in and out in 30 minutes with a boxspring loaded onto our car. Our purchase was under $300 and he was very happy to serve us when other customers were no doubt spending much more. Amazing customer service. Thank you!
Our recent shopping experience was very pleasant. The salesperson Valentina was patient and very helpful in helping us select the mattress that was not only in our price range but also great quality.
