desperate for commission! came in and asked for relatively affordable wired headphones that wont stop working within a week like most do. insisted I needed a $250 pair of bluetooth headphones to make sure they wont break a week later....so everything is complete garbage except the most expensive item in the store?!? after telling him several times that I'm not spending that kind of money on headphones, and even pointed out that I'll try the $60 pair of bluetooth headphones, he then went on trying to push me to switch cell phone providers with a 2 year contract and purchase of a new phone just to get enough store credit to get the $250 headphones! what a joke! like jeez way to make it super obvious that you're on commission basically making everything you're telling me completely irrelevant and useless to me. dont waste your time with this store unless you know exactly what youre looking for. and even then they're priced higher than most other places.

What a horrible experience. Store staff was good. Manager was absolutely horrible. No customer service skills. The source is an antiquated business model. Christmas present that does not work but receipt. They cannot do exchange and will not look up receipt. Every other chain at least makes an effort. Basically, they sold us a piece of garbage.

Clerk was very under trained in product knowledge. I casually asked what makes some SD cards support 4k. "BECAUSE IT DOES" he said and then kept repeating it. Walked out and Google it. Turns out it is the higher write speed but read speed is same as other class 10 cards. I would have wasted a lot of money if I believe him when he said you have to have the expensive card to play 4k. Over all he was super rude and talked down to me and other customers.

Not the best customer service but help is there IF you ask for it. They seem to be fairly knowledgeable if you take the time and ask thorough questions. I couldn't find what I needed here but they did suggest what other stores I could visit.

Very pushy sales tatics, follow you around the store pointing out random expensive items after being told I don't need any help. No real knowledge about many products so come in knowing everything you need to know about the product. Had to leave the store to google things without being pestered
