Staples

I've never had a problem with this location and all my purchases here have been very satisfactory. The photo printing is awesome and all my projects have come out very well. The staff, even though under an obvious tough workload, are very helpful and friendly fast and efficient. Some even went through my work to make sure I left happy. The computer section was extremely helpful and directed me to the best purchase price wise and functioning wise for a laptop. I'm still very satisfied. Nicely laid out store and ample parking available. The only issue I have is their online ordering for photo. It is relatively slow and hard to navigate through, with one wrong move and everything is lost and back to square one. When stuff is ordered it arrives very fast and on time.

My experience here was horrendous from start to finish: 1) Advertised laptop I wanted was out of stock. 2) I was offered open (used) unit at the same price. No thanks. 3) Ordered advertised one online through the in-store kiosk instead. No order statuses were provided. 4) Three days later I was notified that it had arrived. Fairly quick - not bad. However when I went to pick it up it wasn’t there. 5) After waiting 25 minutes in store (I timed it), I was advised that they could not find my order. I was asked to come back next week, as the staff member who is responsible for online orders was not in. Really? At this point I’m debating whether or not I should just cancel my order and go to a competitor. Staples’ logistics system is awful.

Staff are generally very helpful. The office furniture and electronic appear to be of inferior quality. There is an abundance of office supplies choices which is why I come to this business. Prices are above average, so if you want deals you have to cherry pick.

Actually went in to use the rest room. I had to ask cashiers' counter for key access. As I passed by the stationary dept. I noticed they carry 'damage free hanging hooks' Intrigued I purchased 2 packs to try it out.

I went to print something off my phone and I admit I am tech retarded. It was very difficult to find anyone in customer service willing to help guide me. This caused my cost on my Staples card to be high. If you know what you are doing I am sure it is great. If not, good luck!
