Went to get more info and decide on either Milwaukee or a DeWalt drill (ended up going Milwaukee M18), Matt was amazing, really helped us decide what to go with, plus was able to get really accurate information from him!

Great service from Ed in the timber/lumber dept painstakingly hand snipping plastic lattice to size requested.Thank you. Suggestion to management, a multi purpose cutting tool would have made the task much easier.

* Went on labour day weekend. Told they would have lock smith on Tuesday. Come Tuesday, asking for the locksmith, told they never have a lock smith. * Ordered a washer dryer. But at delivery I learn that the stacking service was separate. I've been trying to get the stacking service scheduled. But I don't know if they will come Tuesday or Wednesday. I call back to get details. "We'll call you back". Unbelievable. Such poor service.

Great customer service, friendly of course like everywhere you'll come across the odd staff member but most are great. Always willing to help. We travel far to go to this location.

Bad phone experience. On hold for almost 10 minutes only to be told that I would need to pay $50 for someone to come to our home to give us an estimate for the price to install a dishwasher. Huh? All other places seem to have a standard price.
