I had an excellent experience here, as always. Mike helped me in the plumbing area of the store. I came in with an idea to DIY a stand for my budgie and didn't know exactly what I was looking for. Mike not only showed me what I needed, he drew a basic design of what I was planning on making, so I knew how much piping and connectors to buy. I'm happy to say I got it all together! Thank-you Mike, it turned out great. :

This Rona location has a wide selection of products...anything one could possibly need for a simple diy project or even an entire household renovation! The discontinued items are always a fantastic find and indeed, a delightful surprise!nnI rate this location at a mere 3 stars due to the fact that finding an associate for assistance is a chore and a half! Perhaps they take their breaks all at once, for hours on end? I don't know. When you eventually DO happen to find somebody who works at Rona, nine times out of 10, their knowledge of anything and everything in that warehouse is questionable at best! You sometimes need to speak to 4 or 5 associates, and then a manager, all to find out where they are keeping a certain product. It is a marathon you definitely did not sign up for and one you wish you hadn't had to endure. Training needs some serious improvement, as over the years, it has become noticeably and exponentially worse. I do appreciate the efforts, but correct answers would make my shopping experience so much more enjoyable!

I had a wonderful experience getting my dream kitchen! David was helpful and creative with his suggestions. I had a pretty good idea already of what I was looking for and he was able to pull it off and add some suggestions I now love. Thank you for all your time and helpful suggestions!

Love this place! Dylan and Raymond were both super helpful and had real world knowledgeable about various construction application questions! Dylan went out of his way to show me everything I needed even though he was clearly not a sale associate awesome Top notch service here!nnI’ll be bringing all my business here, especially to Raymond at the Contractor Sales desk! It was my first time at a Rona store. I loved it. The store is well stocked and well organized. The layout is intuitive. I found prices very similar to Home Depot. An employee I asked for advice was very helpful.
