I called for service because my rented hot water tank was not working. I called at 7:30am and the subcontracted technician (Joel) was dispatched and at my house by 8:15am (in a rural location). He brought the tools to fix my tank and also a replacement tank which was determined to be necessary. The replacement tank was installed, tested and working within an hour. I wasn’t expecting to have the problem resolved so promptly. I am greatly impressed with the service I received. Thank you for a great customer service experience.

Everyone I spoke to over the phone was extremely empathetic and courteous, which helped when I was dealing with a very difficult situation. The technician was a amazing, as he was knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and made me feel confident about the work he was doing. My only concern was that when I called the first time, the employee told me to shut off the main water valve, which meant I had to water all night. The technician said I simply needed to shut off the valve to the water heater, so that would make sure no more water was leaking through he heater, and I would still have access to cold water overnight.

From beginning to end, the friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff exceeded my expectations in terms of service, sales and the final product itself. My construction crew and myself were certainly impressed with the care and precision of the installation and the above and beyond commitment of doing a good job. Thanks to Alain (coordinator), Neal (service tech and great guy), Chris (salesman and extremely knowledgeable) Dustin (installer and hard worker). I’d definitely recommend this crackerjack team! Dave came to our house quickly to fix a leaky elbow pipe and did a fantastic job. He went the extra mile twice by trying to find a special tool at three different stores (no luck at any of them) and then reverted to Plan B, which worked just as well as he was able to not only replace the elbow piping, but also provide more slope to the pipe. Great work Dave. Much appreciated.

We had our hot water tank replaced today. Our technician was polite, punctual, thorough, and professional. He even went above and beyond, ensuring that our gas lines were safe. He found a small gas leak. Thank goodness!
