Main issue was one female employee watching us very suspiciously.nShe never approached us to ask if we needed help and I felt very creeped out.nI believe some customer service training is needed here.

I recently discovered Homesense on Merivale and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Their collection of elegant items at reasonable prices is a gem. I recently purchased a beautiful bench that not only looks stunning but is also incredibly comfortable. The staff at this location are fantastic - they're helpful, knowledgeable, and truly enhance the shopping experience. I highly recommend Homesense on Merivale to anyone looking for stylish home decor and excellent customer service.

My favorite store so far. I loved everything they had in stock. Quality products yet affordable. I went into the store just to kill time while waiting for BestBuy to open but I came out of the store $450 poorer It was $450 well spent though. One of the things I got was the queen size headboard that had electrical sockets and USB ports on each side...Very well made grey velvet mid- height headboard for only $299... It was a steal.nThey have lots of home decor at amazing prices. Some items were on clearance too. Staff were friendly. Overall 10/10..

This is a horrible place. The cashiers are rude, have so much bad attitude, they are unfriendly, disrespectful, I can go on forever. Why go spend money at a place where the cashiers feel too important to attend to customers with excellence. The cashiers clearly don’t want to be there and they take it out on customers. I have been there twice now and same experience each time. Avoid this place!

Looking for a very specific duvet cover, thrill in the hunt, right! I go every week for a few months now, I'm sure I will find it soon. VERY helpful and kind staff.
