Don't buy the Amana washing machine (a Maytag brand). We bought one for $500+ from Dufresne in Ottawa and it leaked from Day One. Getting it repaired has cost 2 days of work for my wife and I. Buy Canadian or foreign brands, American made white goods are C R A P !
