Best car buying experience I have ever had! Mick Wilder was the sales rep who helped me, he was very professional and honest with me. He did not play any games, made the whole experience comfortable and super pleasant. I had a couple of questions and Mick was very quick to get back to me. I had the privilege of dealing with Paolo, who is by far the best car salesman I have ever met. He was patient, informative and always easy to contact. He found the perfect car that fit my needs and budget. I could not be any happier with my experience with this dealership and with Paolo. Ask for Ray Axiak! He’s amazing. He was attentive, was easy to talk to, and was very informative. He openly discussed my options based on my needs, wants, and budget. I felt very comfortable asking questions and explaining my preferences and concerns. It was an efficient and stress-free visit. Can’t wait to pick up the car in a couple of days!

Matias in sales really made the whole process of looking into a new vehicle a smooth one. Was very up front in laying out all my options right off the bat and applied no pressure like we have previously experienced in the past. Was also willing to give me top dollar for my trade and responded promptly to all my calls/messages. Now that I've read all his reviews, I can see why Matias is one of the guys to see at this place. Buying a brand new car at Addison on Eglinton was a stress free and very enjoyable experience. Matias Veneces is not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly and helpful.
