My hubby went into this dealership last week to purchase a jeep Wrangler the finance manager snuck a 12000 insurance onto the bill. We scrapped the deal and left feeling really disappointed and lost hope in finding the perfect jeep. The salesman WAYEL was just as upset as we were and he went out of his way to make it right. He reached out immediately and found us another jeep, perfectly suited to what we looking for. He pushed for a better deal and we sealed the deal. He's not just a pretty face either- he was honest and real and got us the payments and finance to exactly what we wanted. If you are going to this dealership to buy a car you MUST deal with him. By far the most honest, knowledgeable and straight forward salesman we have dealt with thus far. Highly recommend him.

I walked into this dealership and from the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect. I was feeling anxious and unsure. In my experience other sales representatives would push me towards purchasing anything, however, Oscar and especially Joe, encouraged me to do my research and shop around and we even talked about other car types. It was nothing I had ever encountered. I left there not wanting to even go anywhere else. The compassion I heard and felt through just conversation was profound. When I decided to purchase my car and I had felt just the slightest bit of doubt the financial representative, Robert gave me hope. I really appreciated my experience with this dealership and the staff members the I dealt with: Oscar Elias, Joseph Albi , and Robert Bush. They showed exemplary service and care from the moment I stepped into the dealership until I drove off the lot in my new Jeep Cherokee. Thank you!!

Bought a RAM 3500 Laramie from Ontario Chrysler.
When I called Eddie answered the phone and answered all my questions. We finalized the deal over the phone and he even arranged for the shipping of the truck right to my place, I live in Thunder Bay. That's a 25-30 hour round trip he saved me along with this great deal!

Like he told me, I guess there really is a  a reason these guys are number one! Great prices and really the best customer service I've ever received purchasing a truck.

I came into the dealer looking to buy a Ram for myself and my wife. Had the pleasure of working with Mickey. He was fantastic from start to finish. Really knew his product well and actually gave me a great deal. I wasn't so easy on the negotiating! Will be back for son's vehicle for sure.
