Amazing customer service !!. I went there helping my friend to buy a new car, she got her car and I made a new friend: Ankur !. He is an excellent sales man and also an excellent person. Very knowledgeable and respectful. He was able to answer all our questions and suggest my friend the choice that better fit her. We are very appreciative of Ankur and very satisfied with the overall experience at 401 Kia.

I recently bought my Subaru BRZ from 401 Dixie Kia on January 2023.  I am very glad that the Senior Financial Manager, Amit Sharma got me approved as a student which is a rare case. However, the dealer Michael Paranich who is the Kia Brand Specialist; he is a complete liar and does not know jack about any car. In a written contract, he promised me with his signature that some of the work will be done on the car which includes:  - Cleaning the engine bay as it was very greasy - Attach the cars front bumber correctly - And a compensation of $800 in total because the head unit of the car is defective and there is a large rock chip.  Nothing of the above was applied. No compensation, and no work done on the car. And that is not all; on the day of pickup the Branch Manager I believe filled the car with Regular gas whereas the car only takes Premium fuel, and he said it does not matter with some arrogance included.  I have emailed Michael about the work which needs to be done on my car, and there is no reply, but when he was trying to sell the car to me, there was an instant reply. I don't know why he is still hired over there.  Please don't be fooled by this dealership which I have been through. I would never recommend you to go there at all.  The only nice person over there is Amit Sharma, and I have a lot of respect for that man for not giving up like other dealers did to me.

Got my new Kia Sportage 2023. Mike and Banan made the process very smooth. Banan also helped with several changes I had requested in the last minute. Mike helped with regular updates on my car. Thank you much Mike and Banan.

Recently traded in my kia stinger for a 2022 Telluride.  What a beautiful truck! Dealt with some great people at Dixie Kia including Michael, Ryan and Banan! Thanks for the great service!

Amazing time with the people at 401 Dixie Kia! Michael and Banan were extremely helpful and helped me get into my gorgeous brand new Kia K5!! Especially after having a horrible experience dealing with another dealership, Michael and Banan and all the staff of 401 Dixie Kia were a breath of fresh air! In the past 6 months i have purchased two cars from 401 Dixie Kia  My point of contacts have and will continue to be Banan Al Nobani & Tianna Leclair, among others.  my experience from talks about what car to get, ordering the cars, to the paperwork registration and etc. have been amazing! and hassle free even though I'm a frequent traveler and have a crazy schedule, regardless Banan & Tianna has been very patient accommodating and understanding with me, honestly Very Grateful! picked up a car almost 2 weeks late ~sigh  I have been very lucky to order a Ev6 in February, and receive it early June, the car is simply amazing and feature rich, and i know because Tianna took the time to sit down and go through it with me , honestly would have taken a while to figure it all out on my own and thankful for the experience. She knows these cars inside out! OMG!  I'm very exited to start driving around my new ev6, and even more happy that it didn't take too long to get here, been driving a fully electric Niro EV 2022 since Jan, also from 401 Dixie Kia. BTW that was available in like a week unbelievable!! I have no idea how they pulled that off but very thankful they did, and been driving it since.  tldr: had great experience at 401 Dixie Kia the team is amazing! knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating and would def recommend anyone to be in touch with the team there, they'll take good care of you.

Best customer experience is another name of kia dixie.  When i was in need Aryan and Banan become my saviour, they gave me my dream car in these crucial times when whole Northern America is facing shortage.  I loved the smooth easy and expedited effort both have put in delivering the car.  Thumbs up to this dealership!

Jordan and Sam took such great care of me while I purchased my first vehicle. They made everything seamless and smooth. Honestly the best possible experience anyone could want when purchasing their first car.
