Gary and khaled are two of the most effective and efficient car sales staff ! i i have dealt with -EVER! NO BS No Nonsense involved and the experience of buy a car with a COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND! I have never been a fan of dealing with car sales staff but this experience was seamless and painless! many more recommendations coming your way gary! After a lot of online & offline research came across the best deals at Hertz.  On comparing it with local authorized dealers,there was price difference of about 1500$ on used cars.  Moreover the mileage of cars here were much lower and in control less than 25k/annum unlike some lease returned cars at dealerships, some of which even had crazy numbers45k/annum.  Cars here were accident free,in great shape, well maintained and amazing to drive.Both cosmetically and internally the car were perfect and carfax provided.  Would surely recommend them to my friends and family for all used car deals.  Also there would be no haggling and games in price of car and no negotiations so check the listed prices,compare the deals and simply go for it.  Was able to finish the deal in just 30 mins including financing applications.

This is a great spot to buy a used vehicle. Prices are unbeatable, and the cars are in great shape. We didn't buy this time, but the service I received from the manager Brian, and one of the salespeople Khalid was some of the best I've ever had in my life. It was a breath of fresh air. I will refer my friends, and you have a customer for life.

Jonathan did a great job of returning our calls promptly and suggesting car models that fit our request. There were several vehicles of each model we were interested in. Test-driving was easy and quick. I do note it gets quite busy as this location also handles rentals. You may have to wait 10-15 minutes to get staff's attention.  Cars are quite new 2015/2016 but mileage is relatively higher ~45,000km as these were rental cars. Do expect a couple dings and scratches here and there but the cars are carefully checked over before they hand you the keys. The front tires were balding and Jonathan was quick to offer a replacement.  We're quite happy with our "new" used VW Golf. There was a minor issue with the tire pressure sensors when we were driving home. When we called in, Jonathan asked us to come back right away so their technicians could take a look. Customer service was pretty good, even after we'd paid and left the premises. Would consider Hertz again for future car purchases.

Awesome car rental location - the staff were super friendly. Customer service was superb here. All car rental companies pretty much give you the same thing - a car on rent - but its the customer service that separates them. Oh the best part of Hertz - getting a car that has unlimited mileage in both Canada and US. Simply amazing.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hertz and must say it was a very positive experience.  Thanks to Khaled and Hamzi for making the experience a great one and for the great customer service.  I would definitely buy and other car from Hertz as the prices are unbeatable, and I have told everyone in my family if they need a good used car go to Hertz.

I bought car there Nissan sentra 2017, the day of delivery the car wasn't clean, the didn't do the oil change, even the didn't fill up the gas.very bad customer service, they don't care Even my sale person mr. Khaled didn't came to help me or ask me if you everything is okay with my purchase, I'm disappointed and not satisfied. The car has so many small scratches, I did sent complaints to the Hertz general manager by email today, also the sale Manager Daniel she didn't care about us, she was so rude when I spoke with her in the phone about the Nissan sentra 2017. I 'm disappointed about this purchase and very poor quality and customer service. I don't advise buy car in this location

Please NOT buy any used car from this store as I were cheated by this store. I purchased a used car from there. I were told the car is totally clean, but after 2 years' usage, my report shows me there is actually damage just the day before I purchased it. Contacted the management team for solution,  they just don't even show up for a word.  For car rental, I don't know, probably they are the same group of guys so not recommend.

Staff is nice however their customer service get worse after signing the deal. I bought Altima 2016 and the car wasn't ready for pickup on promised date. Carproof wasn't provided even until pickup date mentioning technical problems and I had to buy it directly from carproof. The warranty paper was provided with car kilometers listed 2000km less than actual which I should have checked. I emailed about it on the same day after picking up the car but didn't get any response.

Bought my first car in canada at the beginning of this year. So after almost 1 year i can assure u that the cars were well maintained and some of them still has the manufacturer's warranty program. Khaleed was very polite and compassionate and brian was professional too. Thank you guys . Sorry took me a while.
