When dealing with having my F450 serviced, I always look forward to seeing my service advisor Ryan. The first time I brought my truck in for service Ryan went above and beyond to become more than just an employee on the other side of the service counter. He took the time to get to know me and my needs and has even responded to inquires from me on his personal time. I honestly never expected that kind of service from a dealership employee where you are often treated as just another number. Ryan brings the small town garage personal service and friendship into the big city capabilities of Dixie Ford. It's not easy to earn my trust. Ryan has done that 100% from day 1 and continues to do so with each visit.

Thank you Glen for your great service. I use to get my Focus serviced at another dealer but was recommended by a work friend to try u. So glad they did. Your honesty and knowledge is very reassuring.

I received three times free oil change package after sale. I really appreciated that. Every time I brought my Escape back for service, they did excellent jobs and explained to me nicely. At Dixie Ford, I feel myself a VIP.

We looked around for the best deal we could get for a mid size car and they had it! Our salesperson was Kam (info in photo) and she was kind, thorough & funny to boot. Our 2017 Fusion SE is great so far & we're glad we went over that way to check it out (as there are other dealerships closer to us). I would get in on the sale they have until the end of Feb!

Our sales person was Max. He was awesome! He's friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you to get a great deal. If you're in the market for a great vehicle, make sure to stop by Dixie Ford! They'll hook you up nice!
