I'm very pleased with the service I got at 401 Mazda. Jesse made it clear from the start he was interested in meeting my purchasing needs and matched as well as added extra perks to drive the sale home (hitch for my hatch and a pristine paint coat/protection). Someone who is genuinely interested in a mutually beneficial transaction. The dealership is clean, welcoming and I was treated kindly by all staff including the front, finance, feature specialist, as well as the manager. I chose Mazda because it really was a smooth vehicle to drive; she pets the corners so gently even when they are tight . Press the button to ignite, sport mode is heaven. You get to enjoy your make while also not sacrificing for safety and practicality (she's not a guzzaholic either). 
Best of both worlds.

The overall experience of buying a car from 401 Dixie Mazda was good. 

-They gave the best possible deal they could. 
-Didn't have to wait during any of my appointments. 
-Jesse (sales team) was terrific in terms of managing his customer. He shows a keen interest in understanding what is on the table and shows high caliber to becoming a long-term relationship guy. 
-In case of a delay, the waiting lounge is good.
-Osman (the delivery person) was as amazing as you can get. Open, jovial and someone who cares about what the customer is asking.

The only negatives are:

-A little pushy at times. The closed body language approach is apparent at times. Sales is certainly challenging and you can sense it. 
-Wasn't very satisfied with the finance person. The guy visibly started expressing disinterest mid-conversation when I gave add-ons a pass.
 
A big thumbs up over all. You will get a good deal from them.

Wow. Sitting her once again in the lounge waiting for a scheduled meeting that is currently almost half an hour late. Nice guys but this has happened previously. We were told to come in last Saturday at 11:00 am to discuss and agree to the final price of our new car. No regard that 401 Mazda had given us the time. They had us sit in the lounge for 45 minutes before having someone else come and close the deal with us. Now, today is the day we pick up the car and they said 7:00 pm to finalize. Surprise, surprise it's now 7:25 PM and still sitting in the lounge. When is an appointment not an appointment. You got it -- when your at 401 Dixie Mazda. Wonder hwat their service appointments are like......

Buying a car is stressful. It involves a lot of money, paper work, and a lot of sifting through garbage information online. On top of that, when you go to car dealerships the sales people are so pushy and rude. It causes your stress level to increase exponentially.

401 Dixie Mazda was the opposite. I visited them 3 or 4 times over the past 3 months or so, and had a pleasant experience each time. No one tried to manipulate me into buying a car. The people who work there are not pushy, just helpful.

After visiting other dealerships, I went with 401 Dixie Mazda because I thought they were the most honest and easiest to deal with. I have had other cars, but this was my first time financing a vehicle. 401 Dixie Mazda made the process as straightforward and easy as possible. They didn't tell me different things and go back and forth like some other dealerships we dealt with.

I got a beautiful 2017 Mazda CX-5 and I love it!!!!!!! It's my dream car.

First time at this dealership and it was a great experience. The staff are very friendly, honest, efficient and always willing to help you out without pushing any unnecessary costs. When someone talks me out of spending money on something that's just not worth the cost, much respect earned. Thank you, Tony and Amit!
